Planning Our Reunions Takes Work!

It takes a village to put together a class reunion of the caliber that the LHS Class of '77 has come to expect and our Kickoff Planning Meeting & Party was held in May, exactly a year out from the actual reunion. Since then, we have had monthly meetings to continue to iron out details for what is sure to be yet another epic reunion. We have individuals that volunteer to oversee particular items and others that are only able to attend one meeting to help make decisions on items at hand. We also have individuals that can only volunteer for the setup and teardown of each event.

This year, we're making it easier to participate by inviting individuals to join our meetings via Zoom. Whether you can attend one meeting or all meetings and whether you're in person or via Zoom, we'd love to have you join us.

We have chosen to hold our meetings in private homes this year to allow us to social distance and to facilitate Zoom participation.

Believe me, our Reunion Planning meetings are like mini-reunions where we reconnect, socialize, eat, drink, party, and in general have fun! All of that takes place, naturally, after we've finalized our business. Want to join in the fun? Check out the Class of ’77 Facebook page for announcements on upcoming meetings.

We're In Search of Hosts for Upcoming Meetings

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and use of Zoom, we hold our Reunion Planning Committee Meetings in classmates' homes. We are currently seeking locations for meetings beyond July. If you’d like to host one of our meetings, please contact Mary E. Richard @ 321-277-3657 or There’s no worry about providing food and drink, we all bring something to share.
