I, AS OTHERS, HAVE TRAVELED MANY ROADS BUT HAVE FINALLY GOTTEN HERE WHERE LIFE IS GOOD, NOT SO STRAINED AND I AM LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE SHARED MOST OF THIS JOURNEY WITH A WONDERFUL MAN. I AM BLESSED WITH THREE DAUGHTERS, TWO SON IN LAWS,FOUR GRANDSONS, A BIGGER WAISTLINE AND A FEW GRAY HAIRS. OUR YOUNGEST DAUGHTER, LYDIA, IS DOWNS SYNDROME AND A JOY IN OUR LIVES. I AM A CONTRACTOR IN HOME REAIR AND PAINTING AND I AM ALSO A LICENSED BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICE. I SUBSTITUTE TEACH AT OUR LOCAL SCHOOLS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. MY HUSBAND IS A 26 YEAR VETRAN OF THE MILITARY(USAF). HE WAS INJURED WHILE OVERSEAS AND IS RECOVERING NICELY AFTER A 2 YEAR BATTLE WITH SURGERIES AND LOTS OF PAIN! OUR MOTTO IN THIS FAMILY IS HAKUNAMATATA! HOPE TO SEE YOU AT THE REUNION AND WISH EACH OF YOU THE BEST!

Comment: It is exciting to be in Lakeland for indeed it is my HOME! It is also great fun working on the up coming REUNION, seeing old friends and being in touch with those of you from a far. Comment: Although I chose a different path then most, getting my HS diploma through the Adult School in 1976 (a year earlier than most of youse!) and my BS even later (but I did it) I have thought of those years often.  I am still here in Lakeland - dreaming of the mountains.  But you know what?:  I am truly grateful for my path - my life is really great today.
